To help registered shoppers receive important H.UK updates, we may use the phone number linked to your account to add you to an official H.UK WhatsApp group. The group may be used for order and delivery updates, service notices, customer support, safety information, and relevant H.UK marketplace announcements.
By creating an account or continuing to use H.UK services, you acknowledge and agree to this use of your registered phone number for the WhatsApp group. We will not publish your password, payment details, or private account information in the group. WhatsApp processes messages according to its own privacy terms.
You may leave the group or ask H.UK to remove your number at any time by contacting support@haliruuk.com. Leaving the group does not delete your H.UK account or stop essential one-to-one transaction messages required to provide your orders and services.
